South Oxhey Central is a £218m regeneration scheme undertaken in a partnership between Countryside Properties (UK) ltd, Home Group and Three Rivers District Council. The initiative will bring over 600 new homes and over 5000m² of commercial space to provide a hub for the neighbourhood. ‘Phase 3’ is a development of 345 Homes for Private, Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent, A Lidl Store and other commercial space. Phase 3A is complete whilst Phase 3B is ongoing.
