STATION APPROACH | Commercial Space and Public Realm Impovements

South Oxhey Central is a regeneration scheme undertaken in a partnership between Three Rivers District Council, Countryside Properties (UK) ltd and Home Group.  The initiative will bring over 600 new homes and over 5000m² of commercial space to provide a hub for the neighbourhood.  ‘Station Approach’ is a development of 19 commercial units, office space, public realm and new bus and taxi facilities adjacent to Carpenters Park station.  This phase of development provides an improved public realm centred around transport links and small commercial units with many local businesses relocating or re-provided space.  This links through to the Phase 2 which also provides a new market square.  See South Oxhey Phase 2 Project.
