HAP Architects were engaged by Taylor Wimpey to deliver a comprehensive working drawing package for this site of 172 houses and flats with a mixture of Private and Affordable tenures. The site consisted of 100% bespoke house types (none were Taylor Wimpey standard range) and low-rise flat blocks. Undertaking the role of lead consultant we worked closely with Taylor Wimpey to utilise standard specification and details where possible whilst providing a comprehensive bespoke detail package necessary for this site.
