ASTON MEAD | Pair of New Build Dwellings

HAP Architects were engaged by Revere Homes to assess the development potential of this corner plot through feasibility study.  Our client successfully secured the site and we were then appointed to lead the design team through the planning process.  We engaged with the Local Authority and provided robust justification and proposals with design merit for the infill of this corner plot in keeping with the local vernacular. Following approval, we lead the team through discharge of conditions and a building regulations and construction drawing package.  The development was finished to a high standard and both plots sold swiftly.
