The site of Caddington Hall is 4.7 Hectare sitting within the Metropolitan Greenbelt. The development proposals see the demolition of a former single storey care home with 4 replacement 2 storey buildings delivering private and affordable homes. HAP Architects worked closely with Decorum Borough Council to reach agreement on development proposals. The scheme has been awaiting approval subject to S106 and provision of a suitable SANG, however both matters are now close to resolution and decision is antipated imminently!
