A former wedding venue, this series of Grade II listed barns had planning approval for change of use into residential dwellings. As lead consultant, we worked closely with the client in developing the approved designs in preparation for amended listed building and planning consents and addressing the conditions thereof. We then prepared a full set of construction drawings and monitored progress throughout the construction stage. The resultant sympathetic conversions have provided truly stunning homes.
