We are delighted to have received planning approval for our client on what was an unusual site.

Formerly part of a Psychiatric Hospital which has already been developed for some residential use,  the existing buildings consisted of a main hall, a listed barn and two empty shops. We worked on behalf of the client and the local parish council to agree the best option to reutilize the existing buildings to create new residential units, a new community hall and further community facilities.  Planning permission has been granted to add residential properties to the main hall, convert the barn to a community hall and adapt the shops for local community use – this has been some work in progress, but we are over the moon to have reached an approved solution which satisfies all parties involved.
